Welcome to the new Winterberry website
The board is excited to launch our community website. Residents can view association documents and financials, submit architectural requests, report common-area issues, and keep up with meetings and events online. Create your account with the invite code from the board, or sign up and the board will approve your account.
New lighting at both entrances
New, brighter, energy-efficient lighting has been installed at the Wintergreen and Wintercreek entrances. The new fixtures use a fraction of the electricity of the old 150-watt bulbs. A couple of tree lights are still being sorted out with the electrician.
New slide at Winterberry Park
The playground has a new slide! More bags have also been ordered for the pet clean-up stations. Please keep the park clean and remind kids of the park rules — the properties that line the park are private.
Join the HOA email list
Email hoawinterberry@gmail.com with your name and address to join the distribution list — announcements go out by email in addition to the neighborhood Facebook group. We're also building a directory of neighbor-recommended services; let us know if you'd like to be included.
No dumping in wetland areas
A reminder that dumping in the wetland areas is prohibited — clogged drainage is expensive for the neighborhood to fix and can increase dues. If you see it, please report it to the HOA at hoawinterberry@gmail.com.
