Neighborhood yard sale — individual or community-wide. Email the HOA with your date or interest; no commission, just neighbors.
Community Day at the Park
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM · Winterberry Park
Park clean-up and community day: glass and stick pick-up, wetlands care, and time together afterward. Community-service hours available for middle and high schoolers.
Annual Homeowners Meeting
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM · Twin Hickory Library, 5001 Twin Hickory Rd
The annual meeting of the members, held each March per the bylaws: budget review, dues, board elections, and open forum.
