About Winterberry
A wooded Glen Allen neighborhood with a park at its heart
Winterberry is a single-family neighborhood in Glen Allen, in Henrico County, Virginia, entered from its two landscaped entrances at Wintergreen and Wintercreek. At its center are Winterberry Park and its playground; the wetland areas that thread the neighborhood handle our drainage and keep the community green.
Winterberry Homeowners’ Association, Inc. is run entirely by volunteer homeowners elected at the annual meeting each March. The association maintains the park, entrances, common grounds, and landscaping, and administers the covenants and architectural standards that protect the neighborhood’s character.
Annual dues fund landscaping — our largest expense — along with entrance lighting, park upkeep, insurance, and community events. The budget and financials are published to residents in the portal every year.
